Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje analýze řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybraném podniku a je rozdělena do několika částí. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku řízení lidských zdrojů a poznatky z odborné literatury, která je uvedena na konci práce. V praktické části je představena společnost DITON s.r.o. a dále jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé personální činnosti v tomto podniku. Následuje rozbor dotazníkového šetření a představení požadavků generace Y. Poslední část práce je věnována zhodnocení a formulaci možných doporučení pro budoucí vývoj personálních činností podniku se zaměřením na generaci Y.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the analysis of human resources management in selected company and is divided into several parts. The theoretical part describes the issue of human resources and the findings from the literature, which is listed at the end of the thesis. The practical part introduces the company DITON s.r.o. and further characterizes individual personnel activities in this company. Then is analysed the questionnaire survey with the introduction of generation Y requirements. The last part of the thesis is about the evaluation and recommendations for the future development of the company's personnel activites with a focus on generation Y.
