Abstract:
Práce se zabývá získáváním a zdokonalováním odborné způsobilosti řidičů. Obsahuje právní ustanovení, analýzu stávajícího systému a návrhy na jeho zlepšení. Dále je shrnuta situace nedostatku kvalifikovaných řidičů v ČR.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with acquiring and improving the professional competence of drivers. It contains the legal provisions and the analysis of the current system. Is also summarized the situation of shortage of qualified drivers in the Czech Republic.
