Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu způsobů stimulace zaměstnanců. Teoretická část je věnována pojmu motivace, existujícím teoriím pracovní motivace a typologii stimulačních prostředků. Praktická část práce zkoumá s využitím techniky rozhovoru, písemného dotazování a pozorování motivaci zaměstnanců v konkrétním podniku a stimulační prostředky užívané vedením tohoto podniku. The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyse methods of employee stimulation.
