Práce byla zaměřena na optimalizci podmínek pro HILIC separaci fenolických kyselin a derivátů flavonu na koloně Polyhydroxyethyl A. Stacionární fází je Poly(2-hydroxyethyl)aspartamid chemicky vázaný na silikagel. Tato kolona se vyznačuje duálním HILIC-RP mechanismem. Abstract:
This work was focused on optimalization of condition for HILIC fenolic acids and derivatives of flavones separation on Polyhydroxyethyl A column. Stationary phase is Poly(2-hydroxyethyl)aspartamide silica. This column is characterized by the dual HILIC-RP mechanism.
