Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o sociální práci v systému pomoci v hmotné nouzi vykonávané sociálními pracovníky na Úřadu práce České republiky. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, v jakém rozsahu je vykonávaná sociální práce s osobami v hmotné nouzi po převedení této agendy na Úřad práce České republiky z obecních úřadů. Bakalářská práce se skládá z části teoretické a z části praktické. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na vysvětlení pojmů, které jsou podkladem pro výzkumnou část. V první kapitole je popsán systém pomoci v hmotné nouzi a vymezení osob, kterých se sociální práce v této oblasti dotýká. Další kapitola je věnována sociální práci obecně. Je zde vysvětlen pojem sociální práce, popsány cíle a metody sociální práce a specifikována osobnost sociálního pracovníka. V poslední kapitole teoretické části je pak popsán výkon sociální práce v systému pomoci v hmotné nouzi. Praktická část je zaměřená na výzkum realizovaný formou dotazníkového šetření, který má za cíl zjistit rozsah vykonávané sociální práce v systému pomoci v hmotné nouzi na Úřadu práce České republiky.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with social work, in the material needs assistance system carried out by social workers at the Labor Office of the Czech Republic. The aim of the work was to determine the extent by which social work with people in material need is carried out after the transfer of this agenda to the Czech Labor Office from the municipal authorities. The bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical portion. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the explanation of the terms that are the basis for the research part. The first chapter describes the system of assistance in material need and the definition of the people affected by social work in this area. The next chapter is devoted to social work in general. It explains the concept of social work describes the goals and methods of social work and specifies the personality of the social worker. The last chapter of the theoretical part describes the performance of social work in the system of assistance in material need. The practical part is focused on research carried out in the form of a questionnaire, which aims to find out the scope of social work performed in the system of assistance in material need at the Labor Office of the Czech Republic.
