Bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část, přičemž teoretická část řeší problematiku vlivu hormonální substituční terapie na zdraví žen v klimakteriu. Konkrétněji se práce zaměřuje na charakteristiku klimakteria a důsledky estrogenového deficitu na zdraví žen. V návaznosti na tyto důsledky jsou také zmíněny možnosti terapie. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis contains a theoretical and practical part, while the theoretical part deal with the issue of the effect of hormone replacement therapy on the health of women in climacteric. More specifically, the work focuses on the characteristics of climacteric and the consequences of estrogen deficiency on women's health.
