Abstract:
Uvedená práce se zabývá odůvodňováním správních rozhodnutí z hlediska práva na spravedlivý proces. Pozornost je věnována obecným požadavkům na odůvod-nění a dále požadavkům plynoucím z Evropské úmluvy o ochraně lidských práv, LZPS, správního řádu a zákona o přestupcích a specifickým požadavkům rozhod-nutí stojících na správním uvážení. This thesis deals with reasoning of administrative decisions in terms of the right to a fair trial. Thesis pay attention to the general requirements for reasoning and re-quirements resulting from the European Convention on Human Rights, of the Charter, the Administrative Code and the Act on Offences and specific require-ments of the discretion.
