V diplomové práci se věnujeme vývoji a trendům v oblasti gastronomie, snažíme se dokázat,že zdravý životní styl /naše stravovací návyky a vnímání zdraví/ je ovlivněn gastronomií, trendy a doporučeními. The thesis deals with the development and trends in gastronomy, we try to prove that a healthy lifestyle / eating habits and our perception of health / is influenced cuisine, trends and recommendations.
