Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na zlepšení personálních činnosti v logistické společnosti. Zabývá se analýzou aktuálně používaných procesů řízení lidských zdrojů a následnými návrhy změn a opatření vůči personálním činnostem společnosti především za účelem snížení míry fluktuace zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
The work focuses on improving personnel activities in the logistics company. It deals with the analysis of currently used human resources management processes and subsequent proposals for changes and measures in relation to the company's personnel activities, primarily in order to reduce the rate of employee turnover.
