Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stálými úkryty v České republice, konkrétně na území Ústeckého kraje. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na ochranu obyvatelstva a její strukturu. Jsou zde zmíněny související pojmy s touto problematikou a možnosti ukrytí v případě mimořádné události. This bachelor thesis deals with permanent shelters in the Czech Republic, specifically in the Ústí nad Labem region. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts.
