Abstract:
Bakalářská práce analyzuje současný systém hodnocení pracovního výkonu a dopad na motivaci zaměstnanců. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda jsou zaměstnanci spokojeni s dosavadním postupem hodnocení a dostatečně motivováni. The bachelor thesis analyzes the curent systém of evaluation working performance and i tis influence on working motivation. The goal of thesis was to find, if employees are motivated and satisfield with the evaluation.
