The Project of Optimal Employee Remuneration in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na nalezení optimálního řešení systému odměňování ve vybrané organizaci. Teoretická část stručně popisuje základní instrumenty pracovního práva a vymezuje specifika personálního řízení. Tato část je zakončena samotným odměňováním a pohledem na vytváření mzdové politiky ve společnosti. V analytické části je představena vybraná organizace, provedena SWOT analýza a rozebrán současný stav odměňovacího systému společnosti. V části projektové je navrženo optimální řešení zahrnující nově vytvořený hodnotící systém zaměstnanců, který je východiskem pro stanovení adekvátní peněžité a nepeněžité odměny zaměstnanců. Na závěr je projekt podroben nákladové, rizikové a časové analýze, jsou shrnuty poznatky a navrhnuta doporučení pro optimalizaci odměňovacího systému.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the optimal solution to the issue of remuneration in a given organization. The theoretical part outlines the principal instruments of labour law and scru-tinizes specific features of HR management. The thesis concludes with remuneration itself and a probe into the creation of the remuneration policy in a business. The analytical part comprises an introduction of a specific organization along with a SWOT analysis, accom-panied by a description of the current state of the remuneration system in the company. The project part then presents an optimal solution encompassing a newly created employee remuneration system which constitutes the basis for determining the monetary and non-monetary compensation of employees. Finally, the project is subjected to risk, time and expense analyses, the findings are summarised and recommendations for the optimalization of the remuneration system submitted.
