Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá Facility managementem jako podpůrným oborem poskytujícím podporu hlavním procesům ve společnosti. Na teoretických základech a popsaných faktech je rozpracována praktická část, která se zabývá zejména implementací poznatků z evropské normy o Facility managementu, ale i praktickými zkušenostmi autora. Kromě definování procesů, vytvoření evidenčních listů, diagramů procesů a ukazatelů výkonnosti, popsaných v praktické části, jsou v práci uvedena konkrétní doporučení na zlepšení procesů v útvaru Facility management ve společnosti E.ON Česká republika.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with Facility Management as a supporting discipline providing support to the main company processes. The practical part is developed on the theoretical bases and described facts and deals with implementation of the findings of the European standard of facility management, as well as practical experience of the author. On the theoretical bases and described facts are developed practical part, which is engaged in the implementation of the findings of the European standard of facility management, as well as practical experience of the author. Apart from defining processes, creating registration sheets, proces diagrams, and performance indicators, as described in the practical part, the work provided concrete recommendations to improve processes in the unit of Facility Management at E.ON Czech Republic.
