The analysis of personnel policy in chosen company
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá v prvních dvou kapitolách základům managementu a teorii řízení lidských zdrojů, na jejíž základě je v následujících kapitolách provedena analýza personální politiky ve společnosti Zemědělská a.s. Krucemburk, včetně analýzy mezd ve společnosti a dotazníkového šetření.
Abstract:
This work deals in the first two chapters with the basics of management and human resources management, on the basis of which it is performed in the following chapters the analysis of personnel policy at Zemědělská a.s. Krucemburk, including an analysis of wages in the company and a questionnaire survey.
