Specifity of art therapeutical approach applied towards persons with a handicap

Abstract:

Práce pojednává o podobě arteterapie u předškolních dětí s postižením. Jednotlivé kapitoly popisují arteterapii, využití arteterapie ve speciální pedagogice, arteterapii u dětí předškolního věku, cíle, metody a strukturu arteterapeutických sezení. Charakterizuje vybrané skupiny předškolních dětí s postižením (děti se sluchovým postižením, děti s narušenou komunikační schopností, děti s tělesným postižením a děti s poruchou aktivity a pozornosti). Shrnuje cíle, metody a zásady pro arteterapeutickou práci s těmito dětmi. Praktická část popisuje výzkum reakcí dětí při arteterapii.

Abstract:

This thesis treats of the form of art therapy with disabled preschool children. Particular chapters describe art therapy, utilization of art therapy at special pedagogy, usage of art therapy with preschool children, aims, techniques and structure of art terapeutical sessions. The work also characterizes chosen groups of disabled preschool children (children with auricular disability, children with disturbed communication ability, children with various physical handicaps and children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). It summarizes aims, methods and principles of art therapeutical work with these children. The practical part describes the research of children´s reactions during art therapy.
