Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci lidských zdrojů v společnosti Geetoo CZ. Cílem práce je na základě polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a analýzy pracovních pozic v ekonomickém subjektu zjistit, jaký má dopad přerod z rodinné společnosti do střední na obchodní oddělení. Výstupem práce jsou doporučení týkajících se nových postupů na zefektivnění produktivity zmíněného oddělení.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the optimization of human resources in Geetoo CZ. The aim of the thesis is to find out the impact of the transition from a family company to a medium-sized company on the sales department based on a semi-structured interview and job analysis in the economic entity.
