Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je zdravotně-sociální péče o klienty s Alzheimerovou chorobou v pobytovém zařízení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. V první kapitole teoretické části se věnuji Alzheimerově chorobě, jejímu popisu, symptomům, fázím a léčbě. V druhé kapitole se věnuji popisu zdravotně-sociálního pracovníka, jeho osobnostním předpokladům a činnostem. Třetí kapitola pojednává o zdravotně-sociální péči při práci s osobami s Alzheimerovou chorobou v pobytovém zařízení, kde zmiňuji úlohu zdravotně-sociálního pracovníka u osob s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Poslední část třetí kapitoly jsem věnovala práci zdravotně-sociálního pracovníka v pobytové službě. Čtvrtou kapitolu tvoří aplikační část, kterou jsem zpracovala metodou analýzy dokumentů a následně zpracováním dvou kazuistik klientů domova se zvláštním režimem. Zjištěné poznatky jsem diskutovala v páté a poslední kapitole. Cílem práce je popsat zdravotně-sociální péči o osoby s Alzheimerovou chorobou v pobytovém zařízení, konkrétně v domově se zvláštním režimem.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is health and social care for clients with Alzheimer's disease in residential facility. The work is divided into a theoretical and application part. In the first chapter of the theoretical part, I deal with Alzheimer's disease, description, symptoms, stages, and treatment. In the second chapter, I focus on the description of the health and social worker, his personal assumptions, and the activities he performs. The third chapter deals with health and social care when working with people with Alzheimer's Disease in a residential facility, where I mention the role of the health and social worker for people with Alzheimer's Disease. I devoted the last part of the third chapter to the work of health and social worker in the residential service. The fourth chapter consists of the application part, which I processed using the method of document analysis and then by processing two case studies of clients of the home with special regime. I discussed the findings in the fifth and last chapter. The aim of the thesis is to describe the health and social care of people with Alzheimer's Disease in residential facility, specifically in a home with special regime.
