Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sdílení osobních údajů na území Evropské Unie, a to pohledem poskytovatelů služeb zpro-středkování dat. Tato práce se zaměřuje především na příčiny nízkého zájmu o sdílení osobních údajů v souvislosti s unijní právní úpravou sdílení osobních údajů a nově přijatým nařízením o správě dat, který upravuje zprostředkování osobních údajů. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of personal data sharing with-in the European Union, from the perspective of data intermediaries. In particular this diploma thesis focuses on the reasons for the low inter-est in personal data sharing in the context of the EU data sharing legis-lation and the newly adopted Data Governance Act, which regulates the intermediation of personal data.
