Cílem diplomové práce „Motivace a systém odměňování“ je návrh na změnu stavu systému pro odměňování v obchodním oddělení po akvizici zahraniční společností. V práci je posouzen průběh provedených změn v novém systému odměňování, fungování a správnost z hlediska pracovní motivace zaměstnanců, včetně návrhu nových opatření pro zlepšení systému.
