Tato bakalářská práce uvádí v první kapitole základní pojmy řízení lidských zdrojů. Druhá kapitola popisuje problematiku řízení pracovního výkonu. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na porovnání vybraných aspektů řízení lidských zdrojů u podniků v České republice, jejich analýzu a zhodnocení. This bachelor's thesis presents the first chapter the basic concepts of human resource management. The second chapter discusses the issue of performance management.
