Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je porovnání vzdělávání, adaptace nových pracovníků a zaměstnaneckých benefitů u zaměstnanců v soukromé a státní sféře. K cíli práce byla využita společnost s názvem „Pojišťovna“ a rozhovory s pracovníky Úřadu práce.
