Diplomová práce se věnuje otázce etických dilemat v oblasti realizace inspekce poskytování sociálních služeb a způsobům jejich řešení. Cílem práce je identifikovat a analyzovat etická dilemata, s nimiž se inspektoři sociálních služeb setkávají a zároveň popsat způsoby řešení, která ve své praxi uplatňují. Graduation theses address the question of ethical dilemmas in the course of inspection realization in providing social works. The aim is to identify and analyze Ethical dilemmas which social workers have to deal with and describe solutions used in practice. The teoretical parts is focused on social services law.
