Analysis of post-stroke adults views on logopedics intervention

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je analýza názorů dospělých osob po cévních mozkových příhodách na logopedickou intervenci. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a na část empirickou. Hlavní cíl výzkumného šetření v této práci je zaměřen na analýzu názorů dospělých osob po cévních mozkových příhodách na odbornou a logopedickou péči na lůžkovém rehabilitačním oddělení nemocnice. V rámci výzkumného šetření byla použita kvalitativní metoda a za hlavní výzkumné techniky byl zvolen polopřipravený rozhovor, zúčastněné pozorování a aktivní práce s deseti informanty. Ze závěrů výzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že nejvíce informantů bylo spokojeno v oblasti biologických a sociálních potřeb a nejméně informantů projevilo spokojenost v oblasti logopedické intervence. Současně bylo zjištěno, že nejvíce nespokojeni byli informanti rovněž v oblasti biologických potřeb.

Abstract:

The topic of diploma thesis is analysis of post-stroke adults´ views on logopedics intervention. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The main point of the research featured in this work is focused on the analysis of post-stroke adults´ views on treatment and logopedics intervention at inpatient rehabilitation unit of the hospital. Within the frame of the research, qualitative research method was used and the main research techniques were half-prepared interview, participant observation and active work with ten informants. The conclusions of the research show that most informants were satisfied in biological and social needs and the informants expressed the least satisfaction in the area of logopedics intervention. It was also found that the most dissatisfied informants were also in the area of biological needs.
