Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice počítačové kriminality, jejím formám i trestným činům, ke kterým v souvislosti s užíváním počítače může docházet. This dissertation deals with the issue of cybercrime, its forms and crimes that have occurred in connection with use of the computer, or that may occur. There are also described the pitfalls and dangers to which they may be exposed to Internet users.
