Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá obsahovou analýzou věrnostních programů u různých retailingových řetězců. Zjištěné výsledky obsahové analýzy a dotazníkového šetření zpracované pomocí kvantitativních metod dávají náhled na problematiku věrnostních programů v maloobchodních řetězcích. Výzkum se také zabývá návrhem nového věrnostního programu zpracovaného na základě zjištěných výsledků. Výsledky tohoto výzkumu jsou v závěru práce porovnávány s poznatky zjištěnými v rámci provedených výzkumů a s autory, kteří se problematikou věrnostních programů v minulosti zabývali. Výstupem diplomové práce je konečná podoba návrhu věrnostního programu, který koresponduje s provedenou analýzou a profilem cílové skupiny konečných uživatelů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the content analysis of loyalty programs at various retailing chains. The results of the content analysis and questionnaire survey processed using quantitative methods give an insight into the issue of loyalty programs in retail chains. The research also deals with the design of a new loyalty program developed on the basis of the results found. At the end of the thesis, the results of this research are compared with the knowledge found in the research conducted and with authors who have dealt with the issue of loyalty programs in the past. The output of the thesis is the final design of the loyalty program, which corresponds to the analysis and profile of the target group of end users.
