Bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením personální činnosti ve vybrané neziskové organizaci Centrum Kašpar se sídlem v Liberci. Cílem práce je charakterizovat neziskovou organizaci, popsat personální činnosti v ní uplatňované a podat návrhy a doporučení na rozšíření či zlepšení činnosti v personální oblasti. The bachelor thesis deals with the management of personnel activities in the selected nonprofit organization Centrum Kašpar, based in Liberec. The aim of this work is to characterize nonprofit organization, describe personnel activities applied in it and make suggestions and recommendations for enlargement or improvement in personnel activities.
