Transformation of the topic Human Body Organ Systems into the form of “educational coloring sheets”

Abstract:

Diplomová práce Didaktická transformace tématu Orgánové soustavy lidského těla do podoby „výukových omalovánek“ si klade za cíl zprostředkovat rozsáhlé a abstraktní učivo o orgánových soustavách lidského těla vizuální formou žákům 5. ročníku ZŠ. Ke splnění tohoto cíle bylo prvním krokem zpracování kvantitativní obsahové analýzy učebnicových řad vzdělávací oblasti Člověk a jeho svět. Závěry analýzy pomohly stanovit rozsah učiva zpracovaných formou omalovánek. Druhým východiskem bylo využití konstruktivistického přístupu a podpory vědeckého myšlení u žáků (becoming scientific), které ovlivnily zaměření a formulace jednotlivých učebních úloh. Na základě zmíněných východisek vzniklo deset „výukových omalovánek“ k dílčím orgánovým soustavám lidského těla, které obsahují nejen vizuální a textovou složku, ale i úlohy k práci s oběma složkami omalovánek. Pracovní verze omalovánek byly konzultovány s antropologem a byly pilotně ověřeny v praxi. Výstupem diplomová práce je soubor deseti finálních „výukových omalovánek“ s metodikou práce a reflexí z pilotní realizace.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis Transformation of the topic Human Body Organ Systems into the form of “educational coloring sheets” aims to mediate extensive and abstract curriculum about organ systems of the human body in a visual form to pupils of the 5th year primary school. The first step for achieving this goal was processing quantitative content analysis of textbook series in educational area Human being and his world. Conclusions of the analysis helped to establish the range of the curriculum processed in coloring sheets form. The second initial point was the use of constructivist approach and support for pupils' scientific thinking (becoming scientific), which influenced the focus and patterns of individual learning tasks. Ten “coloring sheets” were created based on the mentioned initial points for partial organ systems of the human body, which consist of visual and text part, as well as tasks for working with both components of coloring sheets. Working versions of coloring sheets were consulted with an anthropologist and were pilot tested within practical teaching. The output of diploma thesis is a set of ten final “educational coloring sheets” with work methodology and reflection from the pilot realization.
