Tato práce je zaměřena na celkovou problematiku plošného výpadku elektrické energie po dobu několika hodin či dnů. Je zde popsáno riziko i případné předcházení vzniku této mimořádné situace. This work is focused on the overall issue of area-wide power failure for several hours or days. There is a risk and possible prevention of this extraordinary situation.
