Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřená na vysokoúčinnou kapalinovou chromatografii ( HPLC ) a možnost její aplikace v analýze pražené kávy. V teoretické části jsou stručně popsány jednotlivé komponenty kapalinového chromatografu a základní charakteristiky chromatografického systému. This bachelor thesis is focused on application of high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) in analysis of roasted coffee. In theoretical part are briefly described instrumentation and basic characteristics of chromatographic system.
