Abstract:

Předmětem zájmu diplomové práce je firemní kultura a implementace její žádoucí formy. Zaměřuje se jak na popis a vymezení jevu samotného, tak i souvislostmi a provázaností na řízení lidských zdrojů, personální činnosti, učící se organizaci, vzdělávání a rozvoj managementu a etiku ve firemní strategii. Hledá odpověď na otázku, jak je možné prostřednictvím práce s lidskými zdroji ovlivňovat kulturu organizace. Formou návrhu projektu firemní kultury doporučuje způsob implementace žádoucí formy firemní kultury.

Abstract:

The focal point of interest of this thesis is the corporate culture and implementation of its desirable form. It focuses both on the description and definition of the phenomenon itself and on the relations and interconnections with the human resources management, personnel activities, learning organisation, education, management development and business ethics in corporate strategy. The thesis both poses and answers the question of how to influence organisational culture by means of cooperation with human resources. Proposing the corporate culture project, it also recommends a way of implementing a desirable form of such corporate culture.
