Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím různých přístupů ke stopování chromatografických píků v charakterizaci chromatografických systémů. This diploma thesis deals with the use of different approaches to peak-tracking in the characterization of chromatographic systems. Aim of this work was to find a mathematical model, thanks to which it would be possible to identify a chromatographic peak only from parameters of the peak obtained under known conditions of separation.
