Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je pokusem zlepšit komerční chování konkrétního podniku díky automatizaci části procesů ve komunikaci s jinými firmami (zákazníky a stakeholdery). Ve první, teoretické části zkoumám relevantní teoretické otázky a uvádím příklady z podniku WANTED a světových trendů. The bachelor thesis is an attempt to illustrate an improvement in the commercial performance of a particular company by automating part of the processes involving communication with the other companies (customers and stakeholders).
