Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a malignancy of B-lymphocytes and is the most common leukemia of adults in Europe and North America. Chronická lymfocytární leukémie (CLL) je maligní onemocnění B-lymfocytů, které je nejčastěji se vyskytující leukémií dospělých osob v Evropě a Severní Americe.
