Motivace a pracovní benefity

Abstract:
Má bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivace a zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti Česká Pojišťovna, a.s.. V teoretické části se zabývám pojmy motivace a benefity, popisuji jejich význam, druhy a charakteristiku. V části praktické se zabývám dotazníkovým šetřením, kde vyhodnocuji, jak jsou zaměstnanci spokojeni s benefity a navrhuji případná opatření pro zlepšení.
Abstract:
My bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employee motivation and satisfaction at company ČESKÁ POJIŠTOVNA, a.s.. In the theoretical part is describe basic knowledge of motivation, benefits, their types and characterictics. Practical part is focused on results of questionnaires and there is a suggestion of factual solution to improve system in company.
