Accounting And Tax Specifics in Construction Industry

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá daňovými a účetními specifiky v oboru stavebnictví. V úvodu teoretické části práce je pozornost věnována pojmům, které se pojí s danou problematikou, zejména je zde rozebírána nedokončená výroba, možnosti financování ve stavebnictví a zádržné u pohledávek a závazků. Následující část práce je zaměřena na daň z přidané hodnoty a její dopady na stavební výrobu, jsou zde popsány hlavní důvody pro zavedení reverse charge, v závěru teoretické části je popsán problém s nespolehlivým plátcem a potažmo dopady z těchto obchodů na daňový subjekt. Praktická část se věnuje účetním a daňovým specifikům ve vybrané společnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on tax and accounting specifics in the field of building industry. At the beginning of the theoretical part of the thesis the attention is paid to the terms connected with the chosen issue, there are especially analysed terms as unfinished production, the possibilities of financing in the building industry and the claims and the obligations from the contracts with the possibility of the retention. The following part of the thesis focuses on value-added tax and its impacts on construction production, the main reasons for the implementation of reverse charge are therefore described. At the end of the theoretical part, the problem with the unreliable payer is described and thus the impact of these transactions on the tax entity. Practical part deals with tax and accounting specifics in selected company.
