Effectivity of the primary school and social and legal child protection authorities cooperation when correcting the children's behaviour

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje spolupráci základní školy a orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí při korekci chování dítěte. Jejím cílem je prozkoumat a popsat současný stav spolupráce v této oblasti mezi základními školami v okrese Ústí nad Labem a Oddělením sociální prevence Magistrátu města Ústí nad Labem. Upozorňuje na slabá a silná místa spolupráce, zaměřuje se na to, jak spolupráci subjekty hodnotí. Sleduje, zda pedagogovo hodnocení ovlivňuje četnost jeho spolupráce s kurátory pro děti a mládež. V části teoretické práce je problematika rizikového chování dětí a oblast spolupráce školy a orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí zmapována s využitím publikací odborných autorů a související legislativy. V empirické části jsou analyzována a interpretována data sebraná v rámci dotazníkových šetření a získaná pomocí strukturovaných rozhovorů.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the cooperation between an elementary school and a social and legal protection authority when correcting a child's behavior. The aim is to examine and describe current state of cooperation in the aforementioned issue between elementary schools in the district of Usti nad Labem and the social preventi on department of the Municipality of the town Usti nad Labem. It points out the strong and the weak parts of the cooperation and focuses on evaluation of the cooperation by the entities. It also studies whether the pedagogue's evaluation might be influenced by a frequency of his cooperation with the curators. The theoretical part of the thesis maps the issue of a youth risk behavior as well as the cooperation between a school and a social and legal protection authority, using expert publications and related legislation. The empiric part process the data collected in a questionnaire research and during structured interviews.
