Účelem této diplomové práce je analyzovat tématiku hypotečních zástavních listů. Tato práce je zaměřená na teorii, právní rámec, rozbor a vývoj hypotečních zástavních listů za posledních 10 let u vybraných bank. První kapitola je věnována teorii hypotečních zástavních listů. The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the topic of mortgage bonds.This work is focused on theory, legal framework, analysis and development of mortgage bonds of selected banks over last 10 years. The first chapter is devoted to the theory of mortgage bonds. Further, in the second chapter I clarify the definitions of legal legislation.
