Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku ochrany osobních údajů v souvislosti s novým Obecným nařízením Evropské unie (GDPR). Práce definuje osobní údaj, práva a povinnosti fyzických osob, správců a zpracovatelů a vysvětluje zásady zpracování osobních údajů včetně jednotlivých zákonných důvodů. The diploma thesis discusses the issue of privacy in relation to the new General Regulation of the European Union (GDPR). The thesis defines personal data, the rights and obligations of individuals, managers and processors and explains the principles of the processing of personal data, including various legal reasons.
