Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je přiblížit a popsat azylové domy pro matky s dětmi a současně se zaměřit na domácí násilí, představující nejčastější důvod pobytu v azylových domech pro matky s dětmi. Teoretická část vymezuje azylové domy, jejich služby, poslání, principy a cíle. Dále je práce zaměřena na problémy klientek azylových domů, právní rámec ochrany žen, formy a znaky domácího násilí, jejich rizikové faktory, příčiny a prevence. Aplikační část je realizována analýzou problému z praxe, konkrétně kazuistikou vybraného azylového domu v Ostravě. Je zde podrobněji popsána charakteristika, poslání a cíle organizace, její organizační struktura, druhy poskytovaných služeb, jednání s žadatelkami, domácí řád, individuální plánování klientek apod. Součástí aplikační části je expertní rozhovor s vedoucí střediska azylového domu. Získané informace mohou být využitelné například pro ženy v životní tísni, které hledají příslušnou pomoc. V rámci práce jsou představeny problémy, se kterými se toto zařízení potýká.

Abstract:

The aim of my thesis is to give a description and an idea of asylum houses for mothers with children. Specifically, the Charity House of St. Zdislava - the asylum house for mothers with children in Ostrava-Zábřeh ? is described in details. The theoretical part defines asylum houses, their services, mission, principles and goals. Further work is focused on the problems of the clients of asylum houses, legal framework for the protection of women, forms and signs of domestic violence and their risk factors, causes and prevention. The application part is realized by analyzing the problem from practice, specifically by case interpretation of selected shelter in Ostrava. There are more fully described characteristics, mission and goals of the organization, its organizational structure, types of services, dealing with claimants, house rules, individual planning of clients and the like. The expert interview with the head of the asylum house center is a part of the theoretical section. The information obtained may be useful for example for women living in distress who seek an appropriate help. In this work are evaluated problems which the facility is facing.
