Employee benefits and their optimization in the segment of IT companies

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je prozkoumat prostředí zaměstnaneckých benefitů, konkrétně se zaměřením na fungování benefitních systémů v současných IT společnostech. Výzkum bude zahrnovat zkoumání benefitů poskytovaných zaměstnancům v tomto odvětví, vyhodnocení úrovně jejich spokojenosti, identifikaci nejvíce motivujících benefitů a poukázání na oblasti možného zlepšení současného systému. První část práce bude zahrnovat rozsáhlý přehled relevantní literatury, shromažďování relevantních informací a objasnění klíčových pojmů souvisejících s motivací a zaměstnaneckými benefity. Toto teoretické zkoumání bude základem pro pochopení základních principů a teorií, které ovlivňují motivaci zaměstnanců a konstrukci benefitních systémů. Druhá část práce bude zahrnovat praktický výzkum, který bude zahrnovat rozhovory s účastníky zaměstnanými v IT společnostech. Prostřednictvím těchto rozhovorů získám přímý vhled do fungování a struktury systémů zaměstnaneckých výhod v tomto odvětví. Prostřednictvím rozhovorů s účastníky je mým cílem získat komplexní a aktuální poznatky o současné praxi a trendech týkajících se zaměstnaneckých benefitů v IT společnostech. Nakonec budou data získaná z výzkumných rozhovorů analyzována a porovnána, aby bylo možné vyvodit smysluplné závěry.

Abstract:

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to examine the employee benefits environment, specifically focusing on the operation of benefits systems in current IT companies. The research will involve examining the benefits provided to employees in this industry, assessing their satisfaction levels, identifying the most motivating benefits and highlighting areas of potential improvement to the current system. The first part of the thesis will involve an extensive review of relevant literature, gathering relevant information and clarifying key concepts related to motivation and employee benefits. This theoretical exploration will provide a basis for understanding the underlying principles and theories that influence employee motivation and the design of benefit systems. The second part of the thesis will involve practical research which will include interviews with participants employed in IT companies. Through these interviews I will gain direct insight into the operation and structure of employee benefit systems in this industry. Through the interviews with participants, my aim is to gain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of current practices and trends regarding employee benefits in IT companies. Finally, the data obtained from the research interviews will be analyzed and compared to draw meaningful conclusions.
