Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to z teoretické a aplikační. Teoretická část se v první kapitole zabývá stárnutím a stářím obecně, jsou zde představeny jednotlivé teorie stárnutí, popsány změny spojené se stářím a pozornost je věnována také demografickému stárnutí.
