Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o tom, kdo je fyzická osoba, jaké údaje mohou vést k její identifikaci, jakým způsobem může svojí totožnost prokázat a dále kdy je povinna svoji totožnost prokazovat. Závěr práce se týká ochrany osobních údajů.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the questions who is an individual, which data may lead to its identification, how can this individual prove its identity and when is an individual obliged to do so. End of the thesis concerns the protection of personal data.
