Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány metody měření a řízení výkonnosti a základní požadavky na klíčové ukazatele výkonnosti. The thesis deals with the identification of key performance indicators in a selected company. The theoretical part describes methods of measuring and managing performance, as well as basic requirements for key performance indicators.
