Abstract:
Diplomová práce nejdříve čtenáře seznámí s chápáním zlé víry v obecné rovině jakožto běžně se vyskytujícím pojmem, jeho definičními znaky a charakteristikou. Dále se diplomová práce zaměří na odlišení zlé víry od komplementárního pojmu dobré víry, následně pak odlišení od pojmů nedbalosti a nepoctivosti, s nimiž v praxi dochází k zaměňování. The diploma thesis firstly introduces the concept of bad faith, its definition, characteristics and its differences from the opposite term of good faith. The thesis then separates bad faith from similar terms negligence and dishonesty with which bad faith is sometimes confused.
