Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je analyzovať problematiku hypotekárnych úverov v bankovom sektore na Slovensku. V prvej časti som sa snažila objasniť základné pojmy, ktoré sa spájajú s hypotekárnym bankovníctvom a komerčným bankovníctvom.
