Abstract:
Cílem předkládané práce je přiblížit institut posílené spolupráce jako nástroj vytvářející novou dynamiku evropského integračního procesu. Práce vychází z analýzy jednotlivých změn v právní úpravě posílené spolupráce od Amsterdamské po Lisabonskou smlouvou se zaměřením na zvýšení aplikovatelnosti tohoto obecného mechanismu flexibilní spolupráce. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to introduce an enhanced cooperation mechanism as a tool to promote a new dynamics of the European integration. The thesis analyzes amendments of the enhanced cooperation legislation given by the Amsterdam and Lisbon Treaty. The thesis is divided into six chapters.
