Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zaměstnancům pracujícím v režimu home office navrhnout soubor opatření přispívajících ke zlepšené stávajícího stavu a celkovému efektivnějšímu fungování zkoumané organizace v daných podmínkách.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelorś thesis is to propose a set of measures for employees working in the home office mode contribiting to the improvement of the current state and the overall more efficient functioning of the organization under investigation in the given conditions.
