Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice obchodního tajemství a jeho ochrany dle zákona č. 89/2012 Sb. Občanský zákoník. Uvádí historickoprávní vývoj obchodního tajemství, definuje pojmy obchodní tajemství, jeho jednotlivé znaky až po jeho právní úpravu ochrany.
