Abstract:
Hlavním cílem mé diplomové práce je nalezení volebního systému s nejproporcionálnějšími prvky. Proporcionalitu sleduji z hlediska poměru procenta odevzdaných hlasů a získaných mandátů. Obsahem práce je charakteristika, analýza a zhodnocení volebních systémů, se zaměřením na poměrný volební systém. The aim of this thesis is to find electoral system with the most proportional character. Equitable distribution of mandates according to the number of votes cast.
