Evaluation of the human resource management system in the organization

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with management of human resources in organization. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the human resource management system in the organization and to make recommendations. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to the clarification and explanation of important concepts related to human capital, as well as the connection of theoretical concepts with the practice of human resources management. The practical part of the thesis focuses on exploring reality through an anonymous questionnaire filled out by employees of the organization. The questionnaire deals with their attitudes and opinions on management and their experiences in the work environment. Part of the practical part is also a processed personal interview with the head of the organization, which offers a deeper insight into the issue of human resource management from the point of view of the leader of the organization. This combination of theoretical knowledge and practical findings enables an overall understanding of the functioning of the human resources management system in a specific organization and the identification of possible areas for improvement and innovation, which ensures optimal use of the potential of human resources and improvement of organizational performance.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá riadením ľudských zdrojov v organizácii. Cieľom práce je zhodnotiť systém riadenia ľudských zdrojov v organizácii a vytvoriť návrhy odporúčaní. Teoretická časť práce sa venuje objasneniu a vysvetleniu dôležitých pojmov súvisiacich s ľudským kapitálom, ako aj prepojeniu teoretických konceptov s praxou riadenia ľudských zdrojov. Praktická časť práce sa zameriava na skúmanie reality prostredníctvom anonymného dotazníka, ktorý vyplnili zamestnanci organizácie. Dotazník sa zaoberá ich postojmi a názormi na riadenie a ich skúsenosťami v pracovnom prostredí. Súčasťou praktickej časti je aj spracovaný osobný rozhovor s vedúcim organizácie, ktorý ponúka hlbší náhľad do problematiky riadenia ľudských zdrojov z pohľadu lídra organizácie. Táto kombinácia teoretických poznatkov a praktických zistení umožňuje celkové porozumenie fungovania systému riadenia ľudských zdrojov v konkrétnej organizácii a identifikáciu možných oblastí na zlepšenie a inovácie, čo zabezpečuje optimálne využitie potenciálu ľudských zdrojov a zlepšenie výkonnosti organizácie.
